Vinyl Warning knows the importance of having the most upfront tunes and we pride ourselves on having fast order turnaround and delivery times. When you place an order with us we will aim to have your order in the mail within 24 hours of recieving payment. Our cutoff time for same day despatch is 3pm Melbourne time, if your order and payment are received before this time they will be posted on the same day.
Information for Australian Customers
 Most parcels sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post eParcel. Each parcel has its own consignment number which is trackable online at www.eparcel.com.au. Unless otherwise agreed to by us all parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery. We recommend that if you are not home during business hours that you get your parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted but no-one is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order is shipped. Some items of equipment may be shipped via other carriers such as TNT, in which case you will be notified by email after your order is shipped.
Postage options within Australia:
- Registered eParcel $9.00 Flat Rate. A Flat Rate means you can purchase an unlimited number of items from our store and only pay the one low shipping fee. If your order is over $100 this shipping option is free.
- Express Registered eParcel $15.95 Flat Rate. Next day delivery is guaranteed to postcodes within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network provided your order and payment have been received before 2pm Melbourne time. Some larger equipment items can not be sent by Express Post. A Flat Rate means you can purchase an unlimited number of items from our store and only pay the one shipping fee.
- Free Shipping on orders over $100. Australian customers can now have their records delivered for FREE when spending over $100 in a single order. The $100 must be in a SINGLE order only and not spread over several orders. Previously "Bagged" orders may be included and sent for free with an order that qualifies for free shipping.
- Bagging system. So you can save on postage costs, we have set up a bagging system where you can pay for your records and have us hold on to them until you find some more you want to buy. To use this system select the option which says "Bag My Records" when you checkout. You then pay the total amount as normal (payment must be received within 5 days for us to bag your records). When you find more records and you decide to have everything shipped just checkout as normal and select your preferred shipping method (normal or express post). Our system will detect that you have bagged records and include them on our packing list. Please note, there is no way to have your bagged records sent without placing an additional order and selecting postage. For this reason you should only use the bagging system if you intend on buying more records later.
Information for International Customers
International orders can be sent by Regular Airmail or EMS International Courier. Cost is calculated based on your location and the number of records in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking "checkout" (you will need to have an account and be logged in). We only ship to the following list of countries: New Zealand, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Finland and Greece. The maximum weight we can send overseas is 10kg or 50 records. The following table shows approximate shipping costs for Regular Airmail only:

All items in our store are in stock so once payment is received we can dispatch your order from Melbourne either the same day or the next business day. Returns Please choose carefully as records may not be returned unless they are faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Badly warped or scratched records may be returned so long as they are completely unplayable. Records with small inaudible scratches or minute clicks and pops may not be returned. If you have a record you wish to return you must email us for a Return Advice form and send the record back to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. |
